Everette and Rob started out the night with an ECO on Daniel Stokes. COPE was contacted by dispatch and again by Dr. Daniel from Riverside Tappahannock Hospital. They were told by the on call counselor, Susan Smith, that she would not respond unless Mr. Stokes alcohol level reached a specified BAC. The ECO expired at 11:11 pm without Ms. Smith ever arriving. They also responded to a domestic disturbance at John Richards House which turned out to be only verbal and no other action was taken. We had a 911 hangup from the Days Inn which the manager, Ms. Burrell, stated her daughter dialed accidentally because someone was beating on the door. "?" Made us wonder too. Last but not least was two alarm calls most likely do to the rainy weather. One at Auto Zone in which the key holder responded, the building was checked, and nothing out of the ordinary was found. The second was at lowes. The key holder responded to this one also and water had entered by the rear door near the magnetic strip; which most likely set it off. That was the extent of our night. Have a great Wednesday and be safe! See everyone tomorrow night.
