Tuesday PM/Wednesday AM

We received a call at Raceway for a stolen purse that turned out to be a robbery committed by several suspects. Long story short, victims owed Oliver Harvey money for a drug purchase and he and others came to collect. As of right now we have Harvey, Kyle Cobb, and Terrell Fauntleroy charged with Robbery and Abduction. Gray will be obtaining warrants on others as well. According to the victims, at least 5 males surrounded their car and demanded payment. Some of the suspects are believed to have brandished weapons but none were found. Item stolen was a purse belonging to a female who was in the vehicle. We were able to recover some of the items from the purse in the dumpster area in Townhouse.

Thursday - Sunday

Thursday night we got out in the trailer park, Foxchase, Rappahannock apartments, and Townhouse apartments. All was fairly quiet. Friday night Rob rolled in on a few guys at Townhouse and got one with dope on him. Saturday night channel 6 news was all over town. And Sunday was just rainy and quiet. All in all a pretty quiet weekend. Have a great week guys and stay safe out there.

"A" Squad Weekend

Saturday night was the most active during the past weekend. Two males from the City of Richmond were arrested for CCW and Poss. of Marijuana. The two were returning from a tattoo party in Westmoreland. The driver of the vehicle was the tattoo artist but it would appear he supplements his income by selling marijuana.

Marquese Gray was arrested again for Domestic Assault against Brittany Braxton and Gray arrested a DUI. Beyond that we had a few general calls for service.

King William Arrest

King William Co. arrested the man that Mike encountered at Lowe's the other morning and charged him with stealing something from a nursery. I think he was also charged with stealing fertilizer from Southern States.

Unified Effort

While on Patrol I came across Robert Courtney urinating outside of his brothers trailer @ B-22 King St. While issuing him a summons he informed me that there is not a working bathroom in the trailer. He went on to say that the water can be turned on but there are problems with the pipes under the trailer that cause's everything to run out, so the water is kept off.
As discussed in our meeting last week, this is a great example of "More than one way to skin a cat"
Day shift may want to make contact with the Town's housing and compliance officer and take a closer look.

John Richards (again)

Chris charged John Richards with another felony domestic assault against his son Brian and simple assault against James Campbell. He had the potential to be combative but thought otherwise in the face of superior numbers.

Stolen Fertilizer from King William

Chuck Hall called to inform us that several 50lbs bags of 10-10-10 fertilizer had been stolen from the Southern States in Central Garage. The information was posted through the Virginia Fusion Center but I have been unable to find the bulletin. I told Chuck that we sent a statewide broadcast with containing the information of the individual that Mike encountered Friday morning. BOL around Lowe's and Southern States.

O'Gara Group

Today I met with Vince May, Director of Training for the O'Hara Group.

He said that Ferebee's is now off limits to any of the trainee's. We, as a rule, should not have any problems with any of the students. They have to be vetted through the State Department as well as under go additional scrutiny before being hired. They are not trained killers, they are being trained to protect diplomat's, etc.

They are currently being housed in Holiday Inn Express and Day's Inn. They are bring a lot of revenue to the town and the area.

Part of their training consists of visiting local venue's (e.g., Shoney's) and do an assessment of the facilities to see if it is safe to bring a diplomat. You will probably see them around town. If you encounter any problems let me know and I will contact Vince.

He said that they pay $125 per day for role players if you are interested.
